Counting up visually looks like a long climb to the top, but counting down is like running down a hill. It’s much quicker to run down a hill than it is to climb up it. Trick your mind next time and feel the difference.
2. Partner Up: Time flies when you’re surrounded by good people. So surround yourself by people who have the same fitness goals as yourself so you can motivate each other. Fighters who do MMA in MD are constantly surrounded by other fighters who want to achieve a similar goal.
3. Imagine: Imagine the muscles at work and try to visualize what they look like with your eyes close as you do the workout. This will focus the mind to concentrate on the body and give you a boost.
